Welcome to Gulf Coast Poop Patrol. By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Gulf Coast Poop Patrol provides residential and commercial pet waste removal, pet waste station maintenance, yard deodorization, and related services. Service availability may vary by location.

Access to Property

By scheduling service, you authorize Gulf Coast Poop Patrol representatives to enter your property for the purpose of performing scheduled services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all gates are unlocked and accessible during the scheduled service window. If we are unable to access the service area, a service charge may apply.

Pet Safety

The safety of your pets is important to us. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any aggressive, protective, or potentially dangerous animals prior to service.

While we take reasonable precautions, Gulf Coast Poop Patrol is not responsible for pets that escape due to faulty gates, fencing, latches, or other property defects.

Service Interruptions

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a scheduled visit cannot be completed, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule service.

Billing and Payments

Payment is due according to the selected service plan.

Customers enrolling in recurring service authorize Gulf Coast Poop Patrol to charge the payment method on file for scheduled services and applicable fees.

Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended until payment is received.

Initial Cleanup

Properties requiring extensive cleanup may be subject to an initial cleanup fee. Additional charges may apply when service conditions differ substantially from those disclosed at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate service information.

  • Maintain safe access to the service area.

  • Keep aggressive animals secured during service visits.

  • Inform us of any hazards, construction, or access restrictions.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of your service visit. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and, when appropriate, provide a corrective visit.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Coast Poop Patrol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation Policy

Recurring service customers may cancel service at any time by providing notice before their next scheduled billing date.

One-time service appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Privacy

Information submitted through our website, forms, or customer portal will be used solely for providing and managing services. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

Changes to These Terms

Gulf Coast Poop Patrol reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
